Q: Can I get Free Samples for test?
Surely, we can offer FREE SAMPLES for your evaluation, but we will collect the sample cost first, and then return the related cost in your trial order.
Q: What is your MOQ?
Normally, Our MOQ is 200pcs/model; For trial order, container order can be mixed with several models in 50~100pcs/model.
Q: What is your payment term?
Generally, we have two standard payment terms for choice:
1) 30% TT as deposit in advance before production, 70% TT as balance before shipment;
2) 100% payment by irrevocable L/C at sight.
The better payment term can be negotiated when the annual sales volume could reach USD200,000.
Q: What's your lead time?
7~10 days for the sample order; 40~45 days for the trial order; and 35~40 days for the repeat order.
Q: What's the product warranty?
All our products must pass inspection before shipment. The warranty period of the finished product is 1 year, 1% quick-wear spare parts provided along with container order. We can provide components for maintenance at any time.
